Cutting -

• Our large wall saws make short work of cutting large sheets. Long cutting lists are despatched quickly and easily due to the wall saws ability to cut more than one sheet at a time.
• If your work is a little more intricate our bench saws can cut down to almost nothing in size. Perfect for cutting long thin strips or smaller squares. Our bench saws can also cut bevels and rebates for boxes and other basic fabrication.
• Cutting to shape is one of our specialities and we can copy virtually any template that you supply us with. Either a copy of the original or, if it's feasible, pass the original on to us and we can re-produce it for you.

Drilling -

• Our large pillar drills can drill holes for fixing without chipping or cracking.
• Holes can be coutersunk or counterbored to your specifications.
• Acrylic can be very temperemental when it comes to drilling. Supply us with the details and have the hard work done for you.

Polishing -

• Flame Polishing. Not only does this method give you a crystal clear, finished edge it also leaves the edge slightly rounded giving you a safe, smooth edge.
• Diamond Polishing. More suited to thicker block materials such as 10mm or more. Because of the way the edge is finished it does leave a slightly sharper edge than flame polishing.

Line Bending -

• Our strip benders can make a perfect bend in any material up to 15mm thick. Bending a single piece saves labour over gluing two pieces together and gives you a clear, smooth polished edge.

Moulding -

• When you need more complicated shapes than gluing or line bending can provide we can offer full moulding services. Moulding is mainly used for creating curved panels which would be under too much stress if they were simply cold-formed. ie forced into shape and held with a mechanical fixing.

Laser Engraving -

• Our laser bed can cut or engrave any panel up to 900mm x 300mm (Just under 3' x 1'). This is a perfect way to mass produce small intricate pieces with polished edges or for pieces which require precise detail. Laser engraving is only suitable for certain materials, please enquire.
